Learn to prepare fire cider and honey ferments just in time for the winter sniffles!

Fire cider is traditionally used as a daily tonic to promote overall wellness. It is a spicy, tangy traditional herbal tonic made from ingredients (such as ginger, turmeric, citrus, peppers, honey, horseradish) steeped in apple cider vinegar, popular for supporting the immune system and digestion, especially during cold and flu season.

We will discuss ingredients and you will make your own based on your own personal preferences.

Fermenting honey is a process where honey is fermented with added ingredients like garlic, chilies, or fruit.

In this class, you will be introduced to garlic and peppers ferments and then choose which one you would like to prepare and take home. These are my family's favorite "cough syrups"
