365-day Gardening Workshop
Join me for a unique learning experience. This workshop will be full of information to teach you everything you need to know to garden through the year here in the upstate. The first portion of the workshop, we will explore seasonality of food, what grows when, and create a calendar of crops to have you eating fresh year round. We will then break for a delicious, locally crafted lunch (included in the price of the workshop). The afternoon will be spent helping you specifically create a plan for your space. We will collaborate as a group, but design something specific and unique for you and your space.
The workshop is $150 and includes lunch and learning materials.

In this class (the 2nd in the Veggie Course) we will explore the difference between soil & dirt, discussing composting (what to know and how to start), understanding soil amendments and how to properly choose and use fertilizers, compost, and worm castings. You will learn how to select and source proper soil for your raised beds and in-ground garden spaces and how to amend those beds for transition between crops and seasons.
