Sourdough 102 (Rolls & Focaccia)

This is the follow-up course to Sourdough Basics Course. To be successful in this class, you need to have a basic understanding of making sourdough. Participants should be comfortable with starters and how to make a sourdough loaf. 

This course will cover how to make items to help reduce your need to purchase commercial breads. Recipes for using starter discard will be discussed as well.
